Sometimes I Don’t Rhymes: Expansion

Some recent posts have been finely tuned just to generate page views for no other purpose than making the statistics page change from how it looked the day before.

Usually, the tool used for this has been Haiku, mainly because it only takes four or five seconds to write. However, today I had an extra two or three seconds, so I did a tanka.

is anyone else
getting a bit fed up with
endless haiku verse?
well, if you like, I can now
expand your mind with tanka

Thank you for visiting Scribblans today. Sorry it probably wasn’t very good this time.
Did you know, if you share this post on your social media, it might have the effect of making you feel better? About everything?
Yes it could. Well, try it if you don’t believe me then.

  1. We seem to be on a similar trajectory at the moment. Or should that be a cynical trajectory? I’m actually getting tired of my own syllable based poetry but when it’s a choice between that or posting nothing, I find that I’m quite comfortable with my own hypocrisy. And that stats don’t lie. Well they do but I quite enjoy their false narrative…
